Anxiety can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and far from the peace God desires for us. Peace in the Storm is a half-day Catholic mental health retreat integrating the wisdom of our faith with practical tools from psychology.

Come learn how to better understand anxiety, respond to it with greater compassion and confidence, and grow in resilience, peace, and trust in God—even when life still feels uncertain.
